Kuki Inpi Meghalaya formerly known as Kuki Welfare Committee, Shillong in Meghalaya is the traditional government of the Kuki people. Established on the 21st September, 2007, the Kuki Inpi is the parent body in which all other different Kuki organizations are affiliated. The main objective of the Kuki Inpi is to protect, preserve the Kuki identity, custom and cultural heritage and to look after the welfare of the Kuki Community in Meghalaya. It is the apex authority to decide cases arising within the community according the Kuki customary laws.
